Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal data, employment contracts, benefits, and performance reviews.
- Assisting with recruitment activities like posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and preparing job offer letters.
- Assisting with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with labor laws.
- Providing information and support to employees regarding HR policies, benefits, and other HR-related matters.
- Collaborating with the accounts and operation department to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing, providing data on absences, leaves, and overtime.
- Assisting in the organization and coordination of training programs and employee development initiatives.
- Performing general administrative duties like filing, photocopying, and answering phone calls.
Requirement:
- Background in Diploma/Degree in Human Resources
- Previous working experience in HR is an advantage
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,200.00 per month
