Key Role

  • To provide customer service to contract customers in order to maintain customer base and maximize core service sales (maintenance, repair and spare parts) and customer satisfaction
  • To provide customer service to non-contract customers and dealers in order to maximize service sales and customer satisfaction
  • To provide regular feedback to Executive, Field Service in order to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of Service Operations

Key Responsibilities

  • To ensure the achievement of service sales target, profit margin and payment collection
  • To build up relationships with contract and non contract customers
  • To ensure the accuracy of job costing and service sales forecast
  • Effectiveness in pursuing quotations resulting in high success rate
  • To maintain high morale among service department staffs
  • To promote service sales leads.

The Service Engineer is expected to possess, but not limited to, the following specific abilities:

  • Communication skills (verbal & written)
  • Good interpersonal & Presentation Skills
  • Marketing skills
  • Aggressive (go-getter), outgoing and sociable personality.
  • Highly self-motivated.
  • Assimilate information, analytical & solution centered.
  • Good planning & organizing skills.
  • Work the extra mile in enhancing customer relationship.

Requirement

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Professional Degree, Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin is an added advantage.
  • Required skill(s): MS Excel, MS Office, MS Powerpoint.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in JOHOR.
  • Preferably JOHOR Local.
  • No work experience required. Welcome fresh graduates to apply.
  • With 1 - 2 years of related experiences will be an additional advantage.
  • 1 Full-Time position available.
