Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Occupational Health Doctor located in Bandar Baru Bangi. The Occupational Health Doctor will oversee workplace health programs, conduct medical evaluations, provide treatment management, and ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations. Additional responsibilities include delivering education on workplace wellness and advising on preventive healthcare to reduce health risks associated with job roles and environments.

Qualifications

  • Medical expertise in occupational health and workplace safety management
  • Experience in conducting health risk assessments, fitness-for-work evaluations, and preventive medicine practices
  • Strong knowledge of relevant regulations, compliance standards, and workplace healthcare policies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with employees and management
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills for diagnosing and addressing occupational health issues
  • Doctor of Medicine (MD) or equivalent with certification in occupational health or related field
  • Advanced qualifications or experience in public health, ergonomics, or industrial health is a plus
