Job Description:

1.     Safety & Health Management

• Implement and enforce safety procedures in line with legal and company standards.

• Conduct inspections, risk assessments, and audits to eliminate hazards.

• Ensure compliance with OSHA, DOSH, and other safety regulations.

2.     Incident Prevention & Response

• Investigate incidents and recommend corrective actions.

• Maintain reports and monitor closure of safety issues.

• Lead emergency drills and response plans.

3.     Training & Awareness

• Conduct safety inductions, toolbox talks, and refresher training.

• Promote safety awareness and accountability across all levels.

4.     Documentation & Compliance

• Maintain safety records, permits, and reports for authorities.

• Support internal and external safety audits.

5.     Continuous Improvement

• Recommend safety improvements and best practices.

• Integrate safety into daily operations and uphold a zero-fatality culture.

Qualifications & experience

1.     Certified Safety and Health Officer (registered with DOSH Malaysia or equivalent).

2.     Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety & Health, Environmental Science, or related field.

3.     Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in industrial, manufacturing environments.

4.     Strong knowledge of local safety legislation and ISO standards.

5.     Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
