Job description:

Start your international hospitality journey with cruise line food and beverage operations. Successful candidates may work onboard Royal Caribbean (皇家加勒比), Adora Cruises (爱达邮轮), or Tianjin Dongfang Dream Cruise (天津东方梦想号) through our recruitment partner network.

We are hiring enthusiastic and service-oriented team members to join onboard F&B operations. This role includes entry-level Attendant and Waitstaff responsibilities, assisting with restaurants, buffets, snack stations, and bar service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in setting up and cleaning buffet, dining, and bar areas
  • Replenish food, beverages, and cocktail ingredients during service
  • Serve food and drinks to guests, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
  • Prepare simple drinks and support bartenders as needed
  • Greet and interact with guests in a friendly, helpful manner
  • Help guests with menu and beverage choices, including cocktail suggestions
  • Take orders and pass them to the kitchen or bar
  • Follow hygiene, cleanliness, and safety procedures at all times
  • Work as part of a fast-paced, international team onboard

Requirements

  • Minimum Age: 21 years and above
  • At least 2 years of experience in restaurant, hotel F&B, or bar service; cruise experience is a plus
  • Fluent in English; Mandarin or other languages (French, Spanish, German) is an advantage
  • Service-oriented mindset, team player, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic knowledge of food safety and beverage service
  • Physically able to lift/carry up to 20 kg
  • Must comply with onboard grooming and uniform standards (including no visible tattoos while in uniform)
  • Currently employed or recently employed (left previous job within the last 12 months is preferred)
