Responsibilities:

  • Monitoring company vehicle insurance renewal.
  • Staff insurance renewal.
  • Brief on company profile and company regulations for new employee.
  • To encompass man power planning & recruitment.
  • Arranging and review the confirmed employees for the insurance coverage with insurance agent.
  • Government Licenses application.
  • Award application.
  • HR & Admin ISO documentation preparation.
  • Government department affair - survey, statistic report.
  • Employee hand book.
  • Coordinate with advertising, head hunt and assist in recruitment of employees.
  • To liaise with Labor office & government agencies.
  • To maintain industrial harmony at all the time.
  • To carry out any relevant duties that assigned by the superior from time to time.

Requirements:

  • Min Degree or  equivalent or at least 3 years experience in a similar capacity.
  • Independent to manage all office matters with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Good command of English both written and spoken communication skills.
  • Computer literate.
  • Awareness of ISO 9001.
  • Able to work independently with min supervision.
