Customer Service Executive (Mandarin Speaker)

Job Description

We are seeking a
Customer Service Executive (Mandarin Speaker)
to join our team at
KL Sentral
. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering excellent customer support to Mandarin-speaking customers through multiple communication channels while ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, or social media
  • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, policies, and procedures
  • Resolve customer complaints efficiently and professionally
  • Escalate complex issues to relevant departments when necessary
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in the system
  • Follow company guidelines, service standards, and KPIs
  • Build positive relationships with customers to enhance brand loyalty

Requirements

  • Proficient in
    Mandarin
    (spoken and written)
  • Basic to good command of
    English
    (Bahasa Malaysia is an added advantage)
  • Minimum
    SPM / Diploma
    qualification (Degree preferred)
  • Customer service experience is an advantage
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in shifts, weekends, or public holidays (if required)
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
