The team you will be part of

The Social Commerce Team is a fast-growing team leading the way in livestream selling, short video content, and affiliate marketing across Southeast Asia. We work with top brands, combining creativity, data, and platform expertise to drive real commercial results. As part of Intrepid's end-to-end eCommerce ecosystem, we gain broad exposure across operations, collaborate with cross-functional experts, and play a key role in shaping how brands connect with digital shoppers in real time.

The part you will play

We are seeking an energetic and creative video production associate who will be responsible for ideating, developing, and executing social commerce video content (TikTok, ShopeeLive) that drive brand awareness, engagement, impressions, and revenue. Candidates should be on the pulse of what's next and trends within social and digital, and have a genuine passion for social commerce.

As a Video Production Associate you will take charge of

Your responsibilities would include:

• Shoot, edit, and produce high-quality videos optimized for social media platforms.
• Collaborate with Content Manager & Brand Team to create and curate content including videos, hashtags, and challenges that resonates with the target audience and is optimized for maximum reach and engagement.
• Develop and execute video content ideas that align with the brand goals and values.
• Establish evolving best practices in terms of video content ideation and video editing and keep up to date with different social media trends.

What we are looking for - the ideal profile

• Proven experience as a Content Creator or Videographer, preferably in a digital marketing or social media role.
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to create attractive short videos for social commerce platforms with proficiency in video editing softwares
• Excellent copywriting and proofreading skills
• Strong interest in the social and digital space
• Deep understanding of social media's ecosystem: trends, hashtag, music usage, functionalities, guidelines, and platform updates.
• Graduate of Videography, Marketing, Communication Studies, or other related courses
