About the Role

We are seeking an energetic and creative Video Production Associates who will be responsible for ideating, developing and executing social commerce video content (TikTok, Shopee, etc.) that drive brand awareness, engagement, impressions and revenue. Candidates should be on the pulse of what's next and trends within social and digital, and have a genuine passion for social commerce.

What will you be doing:

  • Shoot, edit and produce high-quality videos optimized for social media platforms.
  • Collaborate with Content Manager & Brand Team to create and curate content including videos, hashtags, and challenges that resonates with the target audience and is optimized for maximum reach and engagement.
  • Develop and execute video content ideas that align with the brand goals and values.
  • Establish evolving best practices in terms of video content ideation and video editing and keep up to date with different social media trends.

Who we look for – the ideal profile:

  • Proven experience as a Content Creator or Videographer, preferably in a digital marketing or social media role.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to create attractive short videos for social commerce platforms with proficiency in video editing softwares
  • Excellent copywriting and proofreading skills
  • Strong interest in the social and digital space
  • Deep understanding of social media's ecosystem: trends, hashtag, music usage, functionalities, guidelines and platform updates.
  • Graduate of Film Studies, Marketing, Communication Studies or other related courses
