Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead, strategize and drive business plans to achieve growth, increase market share and profitability of the region inclusive of regional volume, P&L and overall revenue targets, including fee income. Responsible to manage and groom few teams of Relationship Managers in the region, in improving their technical and behavioral competencies , as well for succession planning.
  • Ensure implementation of business plans to achieve the agreed budget/ targets in total revenue, fee income, PBT, ROE
  • To plan, strategize and execute all operational and sales activities of the region, including but not limited to staff productivity, credit and acquisition quality, portfolio base growth and People Development
  • Market and manage key client relationships on a consultative approach by understanding the clients' business and financing requirements
  • Enhancing revenues and providing holistic value added solutions
  • Actively identify & develop new biz opportunities with existing & potential clients.
  • Ensure customers' needs are met while maintaining Division's profitability.
  • Cross-sell products and services to increase clients' share of wallet by developing an account plan in consultation with the relevant product specialists
  • Ensure compliance with the Bank's operating and accounting policies, systems and procedures.
  • Report and make recommendations on any identified deficiency or areas requiring improvement in productivity or internal control
  • Ensure adequacy of control procedures for timely preparation of letter of offer and other standard legal documents.
  • Ensure highest quality of credit assessment to achieve sound and smooth credit granting process
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies and procedures.
  • Identify and escalate risks inherent in particular situations or transactions. Assess, control, monitor and report impact of risks, franchise, regulatory or financial.
  • Conduct business and day to day activities contributing to a 'no surprise' compliance culture by ensuring adherence to the Group's AML program, policies and procedures.

Job Requirement:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Management or any related field with any Credit Certification qualification.
  • Strong customer service experience with specific focus on relationship management.
  • Minimum 10 years general managerial experiences with solid knowledge of banking operations, services and product offerings.
  • Strong background of credit knowledge, business communication, and writing.
