Job Description

  • Handling customers' complaints or inquiries in a professional manner.
  • Coordinate and ensure accuracy in processing all orders and paperwork associated with completing the sales process.
  • Provide administrative support for the field sales team by handling incoming and outgoing correspondences, preparing quotations, answering phones, and checking stock status.
  • Keeping track of customers' orders and updating customers on the order status.
  • Providing post-sales support to customers.
  • Develop and maintain good working relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Initiate and maintain a good working relationship with the sales team and internal department.
  • Assist line manager in generating sales reporting as required.
  • Communication skills in English and Mandarin are preferred to support our business operations
