What will you do

As an audit associate, your job responsibilities will include

  1. To handle audit assignments, conduct audit procedures and collect adequate documentation to support the audit opinion.
  2. To support audit senior and/or audit manager to report on audit work status, progress, critical issues.
  3. To document and compile audit work papers and obtain sufficient audit evidence to support engagement partner's sign-off of the client's financial statements.
  4. Contribute actively to all activities of the audit department.
  5. Any other assignments and task from the superior which deem to be appropriate and relevant.
  6. Ad hoc Task given by superior time by time.

Qualifications Requirement (Audit Associate)

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
  • Preferable 1 to 2 years experience. Fresh Grades are welcome to apply.
  • On the-job training will be provided.
  • Possess excellent communications, interpersonal and team work skills.
  • Passion for quality work.
  • Familiar with accounting and auditing standards and passionate for continuous learning.
  • Competency in Microsoft office and computer literate.
  • Language : Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin will be added advantage (liaise with Chinese clients).
