Responsibilities

  1. HR Administration & Operations

  2. Handle day-to-day HR operations for KL commercial and regional office.

  3. Payroll Processing: process monthly payroll, ensuring accuracy and compliance with statutory requirements. Handle employees' queries related to tax.
  4. Insurance & Claims: Manage employee insurance, medical benefits and claims, addressing inquiries and ensuring timely resolution.
  5. Employee & Industrial Relations: Support employee concerns, engagement activities, and industrial relations matters to maintain a positive work environment.
  6. Performance Management: Assist with performance reviews and ensure timely completion.
  7. HR Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws, internal or external audits, and prepare required reports.
  8. HR Strategy Support: Provide research and insights to assist with HR strategy and data-informed decision-making.
  9. Policy Implementation: Help implement and communicate company policies, ensuring alignment with organizational changes.
  10. Advise on performance issues, conflict resolution, and manage underperforming staff through improvement plans. Maintain and update employee records, including career progression, salary adjustments, and absences.
  11. Handle work pass processes, including applications, renewals, and cancellations.
  12. Coordinate employee mobility benefits such as housing, car rentals, and relocation support.

  13. Talent Acquisition, Onboarding, and Offboarding

  14. Collaborate with hiring managers to recruit and onboard top talent for offices in Malaysia.

  15. Prepare and manage employment documentation, including offer letters and contracts.
  16. Deliver comprehensive orientation programs for new hires.
  17. Coordinate onboarding and offboarding process, ensuring smooth transitions for employees.
  18. Manage employee benefits, including medical insurance enrolment and deregistration.

  19. Regional HR Projects and Initiatives

  20. Support regional HR projects, including training, surveys, and HRIS implementation etc.

  21. Coordinate HR-related meetings and initiatives to drive engagement and alignment.
