Job Description:

  • Prepare and update demand & shipment planning spreadsheets.
  • Place purchase orders and coordinate with suppliers and logistics department to ensure timely delivery of orders.
  • Monitor and maintain optimal inventory level by tracking and analysing sales trend, demand forecast and shipment schedule.
  • Produce monthly reports and claims for advertising & promotional expenses.
  • Source & negotiate with supplier to develop promotional tools & services.
  • Assist in the organizing of promotional events and facilitate in E-commerce activation.
  • Handle customer & product related issues.
  • Undertake the maintenance of SAP, CRM & CCM system and all daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department's activities.
  • Maintain up to date archives of all marketing files.
  • Carry out other related tasks as required.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Accounting/Marketing/Business.
  • This is a junior executive position. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Priority is given to candidates with demand planning experience.
  • Good command in verbal & written English & Malay.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office & Excel i.e. Pivot table, V lookup with analytical mind.
  • Good interpersonal skills with the ability to interact between departments
  • Able to work independently to deliver tasks in accurate & timely manner
  • Meticulous, committed & willing to learn in a fast-paced environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2, RM4,000.00 per month
