Who are we looking for?

  • People-first, future-focused, and growth-oriented.
  • University graduate (any discipline) with less than 2 years of total work experience and a minimum CGPA of 3.20, 2nd Class Upper, 60%, or its equivalent.
  • Passionate about developing a career in the FMCG industry.
  • Driven with a growth mindset and a spirit for innovation.
  • Highly collaborative with strong communication skills.
  • Resilient, resourceful, with strong analytical skills and a passion for winning.
  • Highly mobile and willing to travel in locations across Sarawak/East Malaysia for projects and assignments.
  • Available for intake in Jan/Feb 2026.
