1. Product Promotion & Demonstration

  • Actively approach customers to promote electrical appliances (e.g., vacuum cleaners, kitchen appliances, hair tools).
  • Demonstrate product functions clearly and confidently.
  • Explain features, benefits, and promotions in an engaging way.
  • Maintain strong product knowledge to answer customer questions.

2. Sales Performance

  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Convert customer interest into successful purchases.
  • Promote new arrivals, seasonal deals, and bundle offers.

3. Customer Service

  • Provide friendly, professional customer support.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
  • Handle basic product inquiries and after-sales guidance.
  • Escalate customer complaints or technical issues when needed.

4. Merchandising & Display Maintenance

  • Ensure product displays are neat, attractive, and well-maintained.
  • Keep demo units clean, functional, and ready to use.
  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate with supervisors for replenishment.

5. Reporting & Communication

  • Prepare daily sales reports and customer feedback updates.
  • Report product defects, common customer concerns, or competitor activities.
  • Support store events, roadshows, and promotional campaigns when required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1, RM2,000.00 per month
