Working Days: Monday to Friday

Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Salary: 1100 USD (All Inclusive)

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide onsite and remote technical support for end users.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Windows OS, hardware, software, and peripherals.
  • Manage and maintain Active Directory user accounts, passwords, and access permissions.
  • Diagnose and fix network connectivity issues (LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN).
  • Support and manage BitLocker encryption and recovery key processes.
  • Deploy, update, and manage devices and software using SCCM (System Center Configuration Manager).
  • Administer and support endpoint devices through Microsoft Intune (MDM/MAM).
  • Install, configure, and upgrade operating systems and standard business applications.
  • Provide support for Microsoft 365 applications including Outlook, Teams, and OneDrive.
  • Maintain accurate IT asset inventory and documentation.
  • Escalate complex technical issues to higher-level support or vendors as required.
  • Ensure compliance with IT security and organizational policies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong hands-on experience in Windows 10/11 troubleshooting and administration.
  • Knowledge of network fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
  • Experience with SCCM and Microsoft Intune for device and software management.
  • Familiarity with BitLocker encryption and recovery management.
  • Working knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, and Office 365.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple support tasks.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: Up to RM4,150.00 per month
