**HR Functions**
- Demonstrated experience in all employee life cycle phases, including recruiting and staffing, training and development, performance management, benefits and compensation, and succession planning for internal staff
- Prepare new hire paperwork and assist with new hire orientations and HR processes and procedures
- Participate in the development and implementation of Company policies and procedures
- Support the Company Website and system

**Recruiting Functions**
- Full cycle of recruiting and sourcing (screen resume interview arrangement, background check, offering process)
- Work closely with the hiring managers to gain a thorough understanding of the needs of the position and develop/execute effective recruitment plans for each requisition
- Manage external and internal job postings

**IT Functions**
- Manage and troubleshoot IT issues of office & staff laptops/desktops when the need arises.
- Coordinate with IT vendors on all office equipment such as desktop / laptop and etc.
- Manage contract and price negotiations with office vendors and service providers.
- Ensure licensed Microsoft software is installed for all desktop / laptop and are functional.
- Coordinate with finance on the physical check of the inventory against record and to assign assets’ codes in a systematic manner.

**Administrative Functions**
- Coordinate, schedule and arrange meeting, appointment with external parties.
- Partner with HR to maintain office policies as necessary.
- Ensure office efficiency is maintained by carrying out planning and execution of equipment procurement and office system.
- Allocate task and assignments to admin and monitor the performance,
- To record minutes of meeting effectively
- Support and maintain the Company’s website to ensure it is in an orderly manner, including but not limited to notice board and articles.
- Prepare WIP and vacancy report.
- To ensure office licensing such as JTK, MPSJ and etc. are renewable on a timely manner
- Assign and monitor the accuracy of JTK report prepared by admin
- Coordinate office staff activities to ensure maximum efficiency.
- Maintain a safe, secure and pleasant work environment

**Job Requirement**
