Office Position: Human Resource HR Manager / Supervisor

Location: Puchong, Selangor

Salary Range: RM5'000.00 - RM7'000.00 per month

Skills & Qualifications Required:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Min of 5 years working experience as HR Generalist
- Proficient in computer HR software & Microsoft Office Suite
- Proficient in English and Mandarin
- Knowledge of Malaysian labor laws (Employment Act 1955)
- Knowledge of HR best practices & ethics
- High level of integrity and confidentiality.

Job Responsibilities:
Human Resources Operations
- Oversee end-to-end HR functions including recruitment, staffing, and performance monitoring.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Manage employee records and documentation such as offer letters, contracts, confirmations, transfers, promotions, resignations, and permit renewals (including foreign workers).
- Monitor and maintain employee data including profiles, attendance, leave, medical, and training records.
- Prepare HR-related correspondences and reports as required.
- Handle employee relations and disciplinary matters in accordance with company policies.
- Support staff welfare and accommodation arrangements.
- Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives such as annual dinners, team-building event

Payroll & Statutory Compliance
- Administer full payroll processes, ensuring accuracy and timely disbursement of salaries.
- Liaise with statutory bodies (e.g., KWSP, PERKESO, LHDN) to ensure compliance with local laws and requirements.
- Maintain confidentiality and secure handling of all payroll-related informa

Administrative & Office Management
- Manage office maintenance, facilities, equipment, supplies, and asset inventories.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Ensure an efficient filing and record-keeping system, especially for confidential documentation.
