Customer Service Executive

We are looking for a Customer Service Executive that focus more on chat engagement that has a great character and positive demeanour to serve our esteemed and potential customers, that keep them in great spirit and satisfaction.
Responsibilities
• Strive to leave the customer with a positive customer experience after every contact by being fast and responsive to their needs.
• Manage inbound and outbound chat and occasional calls in a timely manner
• Follow communication "scripts" when handling different topics
• Identify customers' needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
• Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise
• Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
• Actively update "scripts" when information changes
• Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets
Requirements & Skills
• Strong communication skills along with active listening
• Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
• Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
• Excellent typing skill
• Able to work shift-based schedule, covering weekends and public holidays
Plus Points When Applying
• Previous experience in a customer support role
• Good command of English, Bahasa Malaysia or Chinese
• Any customer service or communication related certification
