Shangtai Technology was established in September 2008 and successfully listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange in December 2022. As an emerging anode material supplier, Shangtai Technology focuses on artificial graphite, which has outstanding advantages in autonomy and integration.

Location: Padang Meha (Karangan), Kulim, Kedah/ or temporary office at Juru/Batu kawan, Penang.

Mandarin speaking is required (work with China counterpart) .

Job Responsibilities:

  • Process daily cash receipts, deposits, withdrawals, and petty cash transactions.
  • Verify and record incoming/outgoing payments (cash, checks, electronic transfers).
  • Prepare daily cash reports and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Monitor bank accounts, process wire transfers, and update transaction logs.
  • Issue receipts, invoices, and payment vouchers with accuracy.
  • Collaborate with sales/operations teams to resolve payment-related inquiries.
  • Assist in month-end closing by providing cash flow documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls and cash management policies.
  • Any other jobs that will be assigned by the supervisor or the Management from time to time, and as and when necessary.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor Degree in Accounting/ Finance.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in the related field
  • Familiar with accounting standards and able to handle audits, full sets of accounts and consolidation reporting
  • Computer literate especially in KINGDEE Coud and Excel
  • Able to communicate in Mandarin , Bahasa Melayu , English
