Key Responsibilities

  • Process and reconcile supplier invoices, staff claims, utilities, and general expenses with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Prepare and execute vendor payments (cheques, online banking, TT) in line with company policies and agreed terms.
  • Handle E-Invoice self-billing requirements and maintain accurate vendor master data.
  • Review Purchase Requisitions (PR) to ensure pricing complies with approved NPA/NPI.
  • Prepare daily cash reports, weekly cash flow forecasts, assist annual budgets, and quarterly forecasts.
  • Prepare journal entries, and manage costing, fixed assets, and month-end closing activities.
  • Assist in audits, tax queries, and submission of statutory/government reports (e.g., MIDA, statistics, tax).
  • Handle ad hoc finance assignments, reporting tasks, and banking matters as required by the superior.

Key Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Accounts Payable or related finance role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with accounting/ERP systems.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
