Job Scope / Responsibilities:

Livestream Operations Management

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute livestream campaigns across multiple platforms under the MCN (Multi-Channel Network) model.
  • Monitor livestream performance metrics and optimize content in real-time to maximize engagement, sales, and reach.
  • Ensure smooth collaboration between hosts, production team, and marketing for each livestream session

China Market Expertise

  • Leverage knowledge of Chinese consumer behavior, trends, and platform algorithms (e.g., Douyin) to drive campaign success.
  • Recommend strategies for product selection, promotional activities, and influencer partnerships tailored to the China market.

Content & Influencer Management

  • Source, onboard, and coordinate livestream hosts and KOLs/influencers for campaigns.
  • Provide guidance on content creation, presentation, and sales techniques to ensure professional and engaging broadcasts

Analytics & Reporting

  • Track KPIs, generate performance reports, and provide actionable insights to improve future campaigns.
  • Conduct competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the China livestream market.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with marketing, sales, product, and creative teams to align livestream activities with overall business objectives.
  • Coordinate with logistics, inventory, and customer service teams to ensure smooth operations during livestream sales events.

Requirements:

  • Proficient in Mandarin (required); working knowledge of English and Malay is a plus. Candidates must communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking clients.
  • Proven experience in MCN livestream operations.
  • Strong understanding of the China digital market and consumer trends.
  • Prior experience in live streaming, e-commerce, or digital operations is preferred.
  • Familiarity with livestream platforms such as TikTok Shop
  • Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills to work with hosts, creatives, and marketing teams.
  • Data-driven, with understanding of viewer engagement metrics and live stream analytics.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM4, RM7,000.00 per month
