Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales performance to achieve monthly and annual event revenue targets.

  • Develop and execute strategies to grow sponsorships, exhibitor sales, and corporate participation.

  • Manage and support the sales team, ensuring achievement of individual and team KPIs.

  • Lead high-value sales pitches, negotiations, and closing of key corporate deals.

  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships to drive repeat business.

  • Oversee sales operations including CRM management, pipeline tracking, and reporting.

  • Work closely with marketing and event operations teams to ensure smooth event delivery and client satisfaction.

  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.

  • Prepare sales proposals, decks, and pricing packages to support business growth.

  • Represent the company at client meetings, presentations, and industry networking events.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

  • Minimum 3–5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in events, media, or advertising.

  • Proven track record in selling sponsorships, exhibitor booths, and event participation packages.

  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills with solid closing ability.

  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects concurrently.

  • Strong business acumen with a data-driven sales approach.

  • Energetic, proactive, and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
