Roles & Responsibilities

As the Project Manager, you'll be the bridge between
vision and execution
— ensuring our governance projects run smoothly, deliver value, and align with our clients' financial systems.

You will:

  • Oversee and drive governance projects to align with financial management software requirements.
  • Develop, track, and update
    project documentation
    , including dashboards, issue logs, and status reports.
  • Lead progress meetings, prepare minutes, and ensure all milestones (BRS, UAT, PAT, FAT, etc.) are signed off on time.
  • Coordinate closely with
    clients, consultants, internal teams, and vendors
    to ensure seamless communication.
  • Manage
    project schedules, resources, billing, and cost control
    effectively.
  • Support issue resolution and guide team members through challenges.
  • Contribute ideas and initiatives that strengthen company performance and client satisfaction.

What You Bring

  • 5–6 years
    of experience managing governance or financial system projects.
  • Strong understanding of
    financial solutions / ERP systems
    .
  • Hands-on experience with
    project management tools
    (especially MS Project).
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and able to work independently or in teams.
  • PMP or Prince2 certification is a
    plus and highly valued
    .

  • Bachelor in Accounting or related
