  • We're looking for an experienced
    Systems Manager (IT Governance)
    to join our
    Technology Solutions (GTS)
    team. This role is ideal for someone who's passionate about
    IT governance, risk management, and internal controls
    , with a strong background in
    audit and compliance
    .

What You'll Do

  • Act as the
    governance and controls champion
    for enterprise systems (Finance, HR, CRM).
  • Design and implement
    IT internal controls and documentation
    in line with Grab's policies.
  • Support
    SOX compliance
    and coordinate with internal and external auditors.
  • Identify gaps in IT processes and recommend improvements to strengthen governance.
  • Perform
    risk assessments
    and support thematic reviews of IT processes.
  • Promote
    IT risk awareness
    and conduct refresher training across teams.
  • Collaborate with business and tech stakeholders to ensure control consistency across Grab.

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum
    6 years of experience
    in IT Governance, Risk, or Audit within a large or regulated organization.
  • Solid experience in
    IT audit
    (working with both internal & external auditors).
  • Strong understanding of
    internal controls, SOX compliance
    , and
    change management
    .
  • Hands-on experience with
    COBIT 5 / COBIT 2019
    or similar governance frameworks.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • CISA, CRISC, or CISM
    certification is a strong advantage.
  • Familiarity with
    Oracle Cloud, Salesforce, or Workday
    is a plus.
