Job Summary: The HR Generalist Executive plays a vital role in supporting the full employee lifecycle for our team. Reporting directly to the Head of HR, this role is key to ensuring a positive and productive work environment, driving HR initiatives, and providing essential support across various HR functions to align with our business objectives and foster employee well-being.
Job Description/Responsibilities:
- Recruitment & Onboarding: Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, resume screening, interview coordination, and conducting initial interviews for various roles. Coordinate and facilitate onboarding programs for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition and adherence to manufacturing safety and quality protocols. Manage and update application status and recruitment records.
- Employee Relations & Engagement: Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries, concerns, and grievances, providing guidance and escalating issues to the Head of HR when needed. Support initiatives that foster a positive workplace culture and employee engagement, including staff events, recognition programs, and internal communications. Assist in conflict resolution and disciplinary processes in line with company policies and labor laws.
- Performance Management: Support the implementation and administration of the performance management cycle, including goal setting, appraisals, and feedback sessions. Assist managers and employees with performance-related documentation and follow-ups.
- Training & Development: Coordinate and track employee training programs, including mandatory GMP, safety, and skill development sessions. Maintain accurate training records, evaluate training effectiveness, and assist in identifying training needs based on performance gaps.
- HR Administration & Operations: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records (both physical and digital) in compliance with data privacy regulations. Prepare HR-related letters, reports, and documentation such as offer letters, confirmation letters, and employment certificates. Support payroll processing by providing accurate attendance, leave, and other related data. Manage employee benefits administration, including insurance, medical claims, and leave management.
- Compensation & Benefits: Assist in the administration of compensation and benefits programs, ensuring fairness and competitiveness. Support salary review processes and market benchmarking activities.
- HR Policies & Compliance: Ensure adherence to Malaysian labor laws, industrial relations acts, and other statutory requirements (EPF, SOCSO, EIS). Assist in the development, review, and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar HR role, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
- Able to communicate in Mandarin.
- Solid understanding of Malaysian labour laws and HR best practices
Working Details:
- Working Days: Monday – Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
- Work mode: On-site
- Working Location: Puchong
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3, RM3,500.00 per month
