We are looking for a dynamic and career-driven individual to join our team as a Junior Procurement Executive. This position is required to carry out the Company's sourcing activities covering but not limited to raw materials, printing and packaging. The selected candidate is required to work closely with third parties and colleagues.

Responsibilities

  • Carry out and support the department's day-to-day procurement activities.
  • Prepare purchase requisitions accurately and on time.
  • Ensure adequate supply of packaging and raw materials.
  • Provide periodic reports for superior's review.
  • Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely and accurate supplies according to specifications.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline, preferably with minimum 2 years of working experience preferred. Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
  • Good communication skills, proficient in both Chinese and English (verbal and written).
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Fast learner and able to work independently.
