A. Project Planning & Coordination

  • Develop project plans, schedules, and resources allocation based on project scope and objectives.

  • Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal departments to ensure seamless project execution.

  • Conduct feasibility studies, risk assessments, and constructability reviews.

B. Project Execution & Monitoring

  • Lead day-to-day project activities and monitor work progress against approved timelines.

  • Ensure all project deliverables meet quality, safety, and regulatory requirements.

  • Manage design reviews, technical submissions, method statements, and shop drawings.

  • Resolve technical issues and site constraints promptly to avoid delays.

C. Cost, Budget & Procurement Management

  • Prepare and manage project budgets, cost forecasts, and expenditure tracking.

  • Oversee procurement activities including tender evaluations, appointment of contractors, and material sourcing.

  • Review and validate contractors' progress claims, variation orders (VOs), and final accounts.

D. Stakeholder Management

  • Liaise with consultants, authorities, clients, and internal management for project approvals and coordination.

  • Lead project meetings, progress reviews, and reporting to Senior Management.

  • Address stakeholder concerns and ensure timely escalation of critical issues.

E. Quality, Safety & Compliance

  • Ensure all works comply with drawings, specifications, industry standards, and statutory requirements.

  • Implement and monitor Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) processes.

  • Ensure strict adherence to Safety, Health & Environment (SHE) standards on site.

F. Documentation & Reporting

  • Prepare weekly and monthly project progress reports.

  • Maintain proper documentation of contracts, drawings, approvals, and project correspondences.

  • Manage project records, risk registers, and handover documentation.
