As our Finance Executive, you'll help keep our financial operations running smoothly and accurately, especially within our vibrant influencer and KOL ecosystem. You'll also work closely with our internal teams to ensure everything flows seamlessly behind the scenes so the brand can keep shining on the outside.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily Accounts Payable (AP) entries with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Review payment requests to ensure complete documentation and compliance with company policies.
  • Ensure all payments and claims are supported with proper documents.
  • Liaise with applicants to clarify or resolve discrepancies.
  • Maintain and update vendor master data, including onboarding new vendors.
  • Clear new payable information and payment requests daily in the system.
  • Review and verify KOL agreements and supporting documents to match submitted payment requests.
  • Check staff claims for completeness, accuracy, and policy compliance.
  • Work with internal teams such as Finance, Marketing, BD, HR, Procurement to ensure smooth documentation flow.
  • Assist with month-end closing activities related to AP and prepare required reports.
  • Support internal and external audit requirements tied to Accounts Payable.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
  • At least 2 years of experience in Accounts Payable or a Finance Executive role.
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
  • Effective communication skills; able to engage professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage tight deadlines.
  • Experience in the Beauty or FMCG industry is an added advantage.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin is required
    to liaise with external stakeholders from China.
