Finance Executive
to drive women economic empowerment with like-minded leaders in Malaysia.

Ibupreneur is a social enterprise on a mission to enhance social mobility of the underprivileged women communities for socio-economic empowerment. Aside from connecting women's talent to the society to strengthen financial independence, we provide training workshops to improve women's employability and entrepreneurial skills. Some of our partners we have worked with include Yayasan Hasanah, Maybank Islamic, Unilever, PPB Berhad and many others

As a Finance Executive, you'll work directly with the Chief Executive Officer to
ensure both our bakery and academy obtain the financial assistance to run smoothly, including financial budgeting, analysis and project execution.

Key responsibilities
, but not limited to, include:

  • Working alongside founder to conduct yearly financial planning, budgeting, monthly profit and loss analysis, and weekly cash flow updates.
  • Liaising with accountant to manage bank reconciliation and tax queries.
  • Conducting financial analysis of costs monthly from bakery and academy operations with quarterly reporting.
  • Benchmarking price through competitive analysis.
  • Monitoring financial spending according to budget.

Requirement:

  • Diploma / Degree qualified in either Accounting, Banking, Finance, Business Management. Candidates with at least 2 years of working experience are preferred
  • Computer literate. Required skill(s): Microsoft Office (Particularly Excel), and Google Suite (Particularly Excel spreadsheet)
  • To be based in Klang Valley (Selangor & KL)
  • Good learning attitude, customer-oriented, collaborative, proactive, outgoing personality, friendly character, display leadership capabilities
  • Long-term commitment to grow with Ibupreneur
