The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth service, high-quality food standards, and excellent customer satisfaction while managing staff performance and maintaining cost efficiency.

Key Responsibilities / 主要职责:

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth and efficient service.

  • Lead, train, and motivate service and kitchen teams to achieve high standards of performance.

  • Handle customer feedback and resolve issues professionally and promptly.

  • Ensure food quality, hygiene, and safety standards are strictly followed.

  • Monitor inventory, cost control, and supplier orders to maintain profitability.

    监督库存、成本控制及供应商订货,确保盈利能力。
  • Prepare staff schedules and ensure adequate manpower during peak hours.

    制定员工排班表,确保高峰时段人手充足。
  • Assist in marketing, event planning, and promotion of restaurant offerings.

    协助餐厅市场推广、活动策划及餐饮促销。
  • Report to management on operational performance and suggest improvements.

    向管理层汇报营运情况并提出改进建议。

Requirements / 任职要求:

  • Diploma or Degree in Hospitality, F&B Management, or related field.

    拥有酒店管理、餐饮管理或相关专业文凭/学位。
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in a Chinese restaurant.

    至少三年餐厅管理经验,有中餐厅经验者优先。
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

    具备良好的领导能力、沟通能力与问题解决能力。
  • Able to work under pressure and handle fast-paced environments.

    能够在高压及快节奏的工作环境中工作。
  • Good command of Mandarin, English, and Malay (spoken and written).

    需具备良好的中文、英文及马来文听说读写能力。
  • High level of responsibility, discipline, and professionalism.

    具有高度责任感、纪律性及专业精神。
