Position: Operation Executive (Guarding)

Job Scope / Responsibilities

  1. Guard Operations Management

  2. Coordinate and supervise daily security guard deployment at all assigned sites

  3. Ensure sufficient manpower coverage according to client contracts

  4. Arrange duty rosters, shift schedules, and replacements for absences

  5. Site Supervision & Compliance

  6. Conduct regular site visits and inspections

  7. Ensure guards comply with SOPs, post orders, and company policies

  8. Address and resolve operational issues at site level

  9. Client & Stakeholder Liaison

  10. Act as the main point of contact between clients and the guarding team

  11. Handle client complaints, feedback, and service improvement actions

  12. Attend client meetings and prepare follow-up reports

  13. Incident Management

  14. Respond to emergencies, incidents, or breaches

  15. Investigate incidents and prepare detailed incident reports

  16. Implement corrective and preventive actions

  17. Manpower & Discipline Management

  18. Monitor attendance, discipline, and performance of guards

  19. Handle disciplinary actions, counselling, and performance evaluations

  20. Assist HR in recruitment, onboarding, and training of guards

  21. Reporting & Documentation

  22. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports

  23. Maintain site records, logbooks, and incident documentation

  24. Ensure accurate submission of attendance and payroll data

  25. Training & SOP Implementation

  26. Conduct on-site training, briefings, and toolbox talks

  27. Ensure guards are trained in emergency response and site procedures

  28. Equipment & Asset Control

  29. Monitor issuance and condition of uniforms, walkie-talkies, and equipment

  30. Report losses, damages, and arrange replacements

  31. Ad-hoc Duties

  32. Perform any other duties assigned by management as required

Requirements (Optional Section)

  • Diploma or relevant experience in security operations
  • Minimum 1–3 years experience in guarding/security management
  • Able to work on-call, weekends, and public holidays
  • Good communication and report-writing skills
  • Own transport preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3, RM4,000.00 per month
