About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and hands-on Outlet Operations Executive to support our Operations Manager in overseeing retail outlet operations. This HQ-based role includes frequent outlet coordination, inspections, and operational support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support daily outlet operations and ensure compliance with SOPs.
  • Conduct outlet inspections, follow up on action plans, and coordinate maintenance.
  • Assist with outlet openings, renovations, relocations, and closures.
  • Monitor inventory, stock movement, and provide operational insights.
  • Support manpower planning and outlet security measures.
  • Prepare operational reports and provide recommendations to management.
  • Handle urgent matters and ad-hoc projects as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Diploma in Business, Operations, Retail Management, or related field.
  • 1–2 years in retail/operational roles (fresh graduates with initiative welcome).
  • Excellent communication in English, Bahasa Melayu, and Mandarin.
  • Own transport & willing to travel to outlets.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
