The Role

Looking for a dynamic and hands-on individual who understands the full cycle of e-commerce operations — from understanding customer needs, operational challenges to managing order preparation and fulfilment.

This role also involves collaboration with our two retail outlets, which provides candidate a blend of modern online and traditional offline retail experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end e-commerce operations (order processing, fulfilment and customer service) on online platforms
  • Coordinate with suppliers and delivery teams
  • Handle product listings, promotions, and inventory updates across e-commerce platforms
  • Collaborate with our physical outlets

Requirements

  • Passionate about e-commerce and the food retail industry
  • Energetic, proactive and able to work both independently and in a team
  • Basic understanding of online sales platforms (Shopee, Lazada, etc.)
  • Willing to be proactive and hands-on
  • Strong communication and organisation skills
  • Slight experience in retail or e-commerce is a plus
