Key Responsibilities

As Spa Therapist:

  • Provide a wide range of spa treatments, including massages, facials, body scrubs and other therapies according to established protocols.
  • Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness and sanitation in treatment rooms and spa facilities.
  • Assess guests' needs and recommend appropriate treatments.
  • Ensure guests feel welcome, comfortable, and satisfied with their service.
  • Monitor and manage spa product stock and treatment room readiness.

Requirements:

  • Relevant certification or diploma in massage therapy or wellness treatments.
  • Strong knowledge of various spa therapies and customer service.
  • Well-groomed, professional appearance with excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
