About the role

As the CoWorking Office Lease and Ops Manager at Centennial Business Suites, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of our flexible co-working spaces in the KLCC and KL Sentral region. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for overseeing all sales activities, optimising operations, and ensuring an exceptional experience for our members. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be a key strategic partner in expanding our footprint and cementing our reputation as the premier co-working provider in the area.

What you'll be doing

  1. Leasing and sales of coworking offices (KLCC & KL Sentral) including leasing, prospecting and finalising lease agreements.
  2. Overseeing all day-to-day operations of the co-working spaces, including managing staff, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and facilities, and continuously improving member experience
  3. Developing and implementing marketing strategies to attract new members and retain existing ones
  4. Monitoring key performance indicators, analysing data, and making data-driven decisions to optimise operations and drive growth
  5. Reporting to senior management on leasing revenue, market prices and trends
  6. Negotiating lease terms and pricing ensuring all agreements are in compliance with company policies and legal requirements

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 1 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the co-working or commercial real estate industry
  2. Demonstrated track record of exceeding sales targets and building a high-performing sales team
  3. Excellent operational and project management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
  4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive decision-making
  5. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders
  6. Familiarity with commercial real estate regulations and industry best practices
  7. Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
