PPC Client Advisor

How you succeed
To succeed in this role, you'll need to take a customer-centric approach, understanding the needs and desires of our clients and matching them with our products and services. You'll need to be proactive, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell, and providing exceptional service to build trust and loyalty.
What you do
- Manage a portfolio of clients, building and maintaining relationships to drive business growth
- Conduct needs analysis to identify opportunities to provide personalized solutions
- Present and promote our products and services to clients, highlighting the benefits and features
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to provide seamless service and resolve client issues
- Meet and exceed sales targets, while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction
Who you are
- A degree or diploma in a relevant field, such as business or finance
- At least 2 years of experience in a client-facing role, preferably in the financial services industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients
- Proactive and results-driven, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple clients
