Job Description:

Identify and approach new customers while maintaining relationships with existing clients.

Establish connections with potential clients to generate new business opportunities.

Meet with buyers and decision-makers to gather sales enquiries and have the company listed as an approved supplier.

Review customer contracts and project requirements from both commercial and technical perspectives.

Negotiate contract terms and project conditions that may be unfavorable, not cost-effective, or beyond company capabilities.

Assist in preparing quotations, including cost and lead time estimations, and review of drawings, technical specifications, and commercial terms.

Provide clear instructions to relevant departments to ensure smooth and accurate order processing.

Handle post-sales issues such as delays, quality concerns, requirement changes, and payment disputes through negotiation and resolution.

Document and confirm any customer-approved order changes or deviations.

Monitor orders to control costs, update customers on progress, and ensure timely delivery.

Coordinate with internal teams and external parties to expedite and escalate orders where necessary to prevent delays.

Perform other ad hoc tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements:

3–5 years of outdoor sales experience, preferably in bolting, piping, structural steel, or a related industry.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including functions such as VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables.

Strong communication skills in English and the ability to engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

Possess own transport and a valid driving license.

Willing to travel overseas or outstation as required.

5-day work week.
