Job Responsibilities

  • Source and evaluate suppliers based on price, quality, delivery time, and service.
  • Prepare and process purchase orders, requisitions, and supplier agreements.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions with suppliers to achieve optimal value.
  • Monitor supplier performance and maintain approved vendor lists.
  • Ensure timely procurement of materials to support operational needs.
  • Liaise with internal departments to clarify specifications and resolve issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier data.
  • Track inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse/logistics team.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement best practices.
  • Prepare periodic procurement reports and cost analyses for management review.

Job Requirement

  • Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related field.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and procurement software (e.g. SAP, Oracle, ERP systems)
  • Excellent analytical and organisational abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
