About the role

Warhamna Group is seeking a talented Human Resource & Recruitment Officer to join our dynamic team at our office in Bangsar, Kuala Lumpur. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will play a crucial role in attracting and onboarding top talent to support the growth and success of our business.

What you'll be doing

  1. Developing and executing effective recruitment strategies to identify and attract suitable candidates for open positions
  2. Screening and evaluating job applications, conducting interviews, and coordinating the selection process
  3. Maintaining and updating the company's job posting platforms and candidate database
  4. Assisting with the onboarding and orientation of new hires to ensure a seamless transition into the organization
  5. Providing support and guidance to managers and employees on HR-related matters
  6. Collaborating with the HR team to implement and improve HR policies, procedures, and initiatives
  7. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date personnel records and files
  8. Managing office administration, payroll and invoices in monthly basis.

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar HR or recruitment role, preferably within financial industry
  2. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
  4. Minimum Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, Office Management or a related field
  5. Enthusiastic, adaptable, and passionate about contributing to the success of the organization
