**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Recruitment & Talent Acquisition**:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Partner with department heads to understand hiring needs and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Build and maintain a strong employer brand to enhance talent attraction.
- Utilize various sourcing channels such as job boards, social media, referrals, and recruitment agencies.
- Maintain an up-to-date talent pipeline for key roles.
**HR Operations & Compliance**:
- Oversee HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company regulations.
- Manage employee records, contracts, and HR documentation in line with legal requirements.
- Develop and implement HR best practices to improve operational efficiency.
- Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
- Monitor and manage HR budgets, payroll, and benefits administration.
- Ensure smooth execution of performance management and employee development programs.
- Lead HR system improvements and digital transformation initiatives for efficiency.
**Employee Engagement & Culture**:
- Drive initiatives that foster a positive workplace culture and enhance employee satisfaction.
- Organize training and development programs to upskill employees and managers.
- Conduct employee engagement surveys and implement necessary improvements.
- Provide guidance and support to leadership and employees on HR-related matters.
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
- 5+ years' experience in Human Resources
- Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies
- Demonstrated expertise training managers and employees
- Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills
- Attention to detail and good judgement
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
