Responsible for client payroll calculation (e.g., salaries, leave, commission, and other compensation calculations) and ensuring the accuracy of computations
- Data input into the payroll system and maintenance of new joiners and leavers
- Execution of salary payments, statutory payments, and reconciliations
- Provide advice to clients on payroll issues & any other issues related to employment act
- Support multiple payrolls within the designated portfolio
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality regarding employee pay records and documents
- Any other duties as and when assigned from time to time by superior/management

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Human Resource or equivalent.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in a payroll processing environment.
- Good working knowledge of all Statutory requirements relating to payroll.
- Proficient in Excel and MS word.
- Proactive, independent, a team player with a strong sense of responsibility and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Good interpersonal and communication skills to work well with people at all levels.
