Job Responsibilities:

- Responsible for the full spectrum of HR activities including onboarding, compensation & benefits, training, leave management, employee relations and other HR administration function.
- Keep up to date with latest statutory requirements to ensure compliance with the current law and requirement. With guidance of team lead, to prep communication related to said updates.
- Any other relevant task and assignment as and when requested by Management.

Job Requirements:

- At least a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource or related field.
- Fresh graduate to 2 years of relevant HR working experiences (HR Operations) in IT industry.
- Able to multi-task efficiently, positive working attitude and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Strong organizational skills; time management; attention to detail and ability to prioritize and manage competing demands.
- Able to drive and run events.
- Excellent written & communication skills and people - oriented personality.
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin for client engagement.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations, will be an added advantage.
- Able to deal with ambiguity and adapt to ad hoc requests.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
