**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Responsible for the full spectrum of Human Resource and Administration for N2N Group of Companies.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures for N2N Group of Companies.
- Develop a comprehensive strategic HR plan targeted at maximizing attaction and retention of talent.
- Provide overall management, human resource direction, coaching and guidance on all employee related matters.
- Lead the effort to work on recruitment, on-boarding, talent development, compensation management and succession planning.
- Analyze the effectiveness of current HR programs and processes and update as required.
- Create and manage all compensation and benefit plans including job evaluation systems and recommendations for job description updates.
- Develop systems and processess that ensure compliance with applicable legislation and laws.
- Manage and coordinate temporary and permanent domestic and international assignments and relocations. This includes liaison with corporate, tax and legal consultants as well as employment and immigration officials ensuring compliance with all governing laws and requirements.
- Monitor the office expenses, identify and implement expense reduction measures through cost efficiency planning and optimal resource allocation and utilization.
- Manage the HR/ Training & Development budget within company guidelines.
- Mentors, develops and provides on-the-job training to his/her staff to strengthen their current performance and preparation for future advancement.

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**:

- Minimum 5 years' of working experience in relevant field, preferable in the IT Industry.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Well versed with Employment/ Labour Laws.
- Independent with leadership skills, self starter and proactive.
- Must be a team player.
- Strong analytical and good communication skill.
- Computer literate.

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per month
