We are seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking Human Resource Manager to join our team. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our organisational culture and driving employee satisfaction, productivity and welfare. You will be the core person to oversee all aspects of human resource management, including but not limited to recruitment, policy creation or enhancement of existing policies, implementation, enforcement as well as reviewing and improving existing compensation and benefits measures and formulation of KPI to ensure the company is competitive with the industry.
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Manage the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.

- Develop and update company policies and procedures in compliance with legal requirements and industry best practices.
- Implement policies across the company and ensure employees understand and adherence.
3.
- Monitor employee compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Address any violations or concerns promptly and in accordance with company guidelines and applicable laws.
4.
- Analyse industry compensation and benefits especially KPI trends and recommend adjustments to align with industry standards.
- Administer and recommend employee benefits programs to ensure competitiveness.
- Handle compensation-related inquiries and issues, ensuring fairness and equity across the company.

- Serve as a primary point of contact for employee relations matters for both employees and relevant department heads.
- Mediate conflicts and grievances and facilitate resolution in a fair and impartial manner.
- Promote a positive work environment and foster employee morale and engagement.
**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Business Management or a related field.
Proven experience in human resource management, with a minimum of 5 years in a managerial role.
In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and laws and regulations of Malaysia.
Strong understanding of compensation and benefits formulation and administration.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills with compassion and empathy.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Proficiency in payroll software - Kakitangan will be a plus.
