Job DescriptionThis role is responsible for managing and processing payments across staff, vendors, and part-timers. This includes handling claims, reimbursements, supplier invoices, and payment approvals, as well as maintaining accurate financial records in systems such as Oracle and Google Sheets. This role will also assist in financial reporting, month-end closing, loan repayments, tax payments (CP204, CP500), and ensure timely processing of all transactions. Additional duties include verifying documents, uploading payment templates, and resolving any payment discrepancies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process staff claims, vendor payments, and part-timer wages
  • Manage supplier invoices and ensure accurate data entry
  • Handle tax, loan, and credit card payment
  • Upload and track payments using online banking systems
  • Maintain payment records.
  • Liaise with vendors and internal teams to resolve discrepancies
  • Assist in month-end closing and financial reporting
  • Ensure payment processes follow internal procedures
  • Reconcile transactions and perform follow-ups on unsuccessful payments

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
  • Fresh graduates are welcome
  • 1–2 years of relevant experience is preferred
  • Familiar with accounting systems such as Oracle (preferred)
  • Detail-oriented, organised, and proactive with good communication skills
