Job Description

  • Prepare project timeline, project charter and all necessary project documentation prior, during and post projects as per HLMT Project Management SOP.
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the execution of projects.
  • Prepare daily, weekly and monthly report for Head of Digital Transformation and Project Steering Comittee when required.
  • Ensure projects are manage in accordance to local regulatory requirements
  • Liaise with internal clients and vendors in support of initiated projects
  • Develop communication plan and manage project stakeholders, vendors and relevants parties
  • Conduct workshops/meetings and submit status reports to relevant key stakeholders
  • Ensure projects are monitored closely and able to identify and mitigate risk to avoid project delays
  • Develop and manage realistic and comprehensive project plan to ensure efficient use of resources and effective use of budget
  • Identify, manage and resolve project risks and issues
  • Manage, coordinate, communicate and submit necessary documentation, forms to network & security team for server provision and firewall/network configurations
  • Prepare RMIT documentation and circulate for approval prior to project go live.

Job Requirement   

  • Bachelor Degree holder or professional qualification Computer Science, Information Technology and Multimedia

    At least 3-5 years in Project / Programme Management Office experience and project deliveries within the IT industry.
  • Experience in leading a team of project executives and/or project managers to successfully deliver complex initiatives.
  • Experienced in Project Management concepts PMP or PRINCE2, ITIL knowledge.
  • Good knowledge of MS Offices tools (Excel, MS PowerPoint, Word, Power BI). Preferred deep knowledge experience in Power BI and Excel.
  • Must have excellent interpersonal skills and are adept at building relationships with different stakeholders.
  • High level of attention to detail, including a proven ability to manage multiple and competing priorities simultaneously.

  • Must have exceptional verbal & written communication skills.
