We are looking for a dedicated and energetic talent to fulfil the following roles:

Location :

  • Kelana Jaya, Selangor/Kuala Lumpur

Responsibilities :

  • To liaise with and manage client requests on a daily basis; which includes taking client briefs, gathering project requirements, compiling project materials that are required for the successful execution of the client's project, sending project / job updates to the client via email or via a telephone call and to follow up on items that require client feedback
  • To manage & monitor incoming tasks that are requested by the client
  • To take the lead in project timeline planning and project resource management
  • To take the lead in coordinating the workflow between developers, designers and copywriters
  • To take the lead in the co-ordination & running of User Acceptance Tests both internally & externally
  • Representing the company at client-side meetings
  • BA experience is an added advantage

Qualifications :

  • Diploma, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology / Mass Communications / Advertising / Media or equivalent

Requirements :

  • Creative thinking and the ability to strategize
  • Must possess excellent communication, presentation and project management skills
  • Willing to work under pressure and tight deadlines
  • Marketing and business development experience is nice to have, but not mandatory
  • Experienced applications will be considered for a Senior position

Good To Have :

  • Candidate with PMP / PRINCE certification is an added advantage
