About the Role

We are looking for a Project Manager with a strong foundation in IT project management and hands-on experience in managing end-to-end project lifecycles. This role involves coordinating multiple stakeholders, ensuring project milestones are met, and delivering results efficiently within a fast-paced educational technology environment.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and manage end-to-end project delivery, from initiation to closure.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and timelines.
  • Monitor progress, manage risks, and ensure timely execution within budget.
  • Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation, reports, and dashboards.
  • Utilize advanced Excel tools (VLOOKUPs, CSV manipulation, Power BI) for reporting and data tracking.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders and senior management to ensure project alignment.
  • Drive process improvement initiatives and contribute to digital transformation projects.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience managing projects (end-to-end experience required).
  • PMP certification is an advantage.
  • Strong skills in Excel, Power BI, and data visualization/reporting tools.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Strong problem-solving, organizational, and multitasking skills.
